Job ResponsibilitiesManage full spectrum of order fulfillment Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.Monitor shipment progress, provided timely updates to customers on delivery status and ensure smooth delivery of orders Prepare and deliver weekly reports on key customer developments Support the development and alignment of demand forecasts using market intelligence and historical data.
