A leading global medical device company is looking for talented professionals for the position of Commercial Operations Specialist based in Korea. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate demand planning and supply chain activitiesReview, validate, and place orders promptlyEnsure timely deliveries and compliance with import regulationsCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teamsMonitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and order fulfillmentResolve issues and propose process improvementsMaintain performance metrics and drive operational efficiencyProcess invoices and credit notes within defined timelinesTrack orders and provide proof of delivery when neededLiaise with 3PL/4PL partners for freight booking and order executionSupport audits and ensure proper documentation for shipmentsAssist with local regulatory filings and compliance requirementExperience/Professional requirement3-10 years’ experience in Demand, Supply, Logistics, Order Management and Customer Service in KoreaExperience within life science industry would be idealHigh analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve;Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and writing) skills;
