We’re looking for a dedicated Commercial Operations Specialist to join our BAAS Customer Success Team in a fixed-term maternity cover role. If you thrive in a collaborative, international environment—this could be an opportunity for you.About The RoleAs a Commercial Operations Specialist, you’ll be the linchpin connecting Sales, Scientific Support, Production Planning, and Customer Service. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied, focused on supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations from order to delivery. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of seven based at our Glostrup site, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, implement, and maintain various contract typesProvide documentation support for product and registration needsAssist with customer questionnaires and related documentationDeliver general administrative support, including product care activitiesCoordinate customer orders internally and externallyContribute to forecasting and production planningCollaborate with Business Managers on pricing coordinationProvide ad hoc support to the global sales teamQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who are eager to contribute and grow.
