Commercial Partnership/Media Sales Director – Tech & Finance AED 35-40,000 + commission We are partnering with a leading global media company to find a Commercial Partnership Director to drive growth within the technology and finance sectors across the Middle East. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a premium portfolio of media brands across print, digital, social, and live events. About the Role You will be responsible for managing and growing high-value client relationships, developing innovative commercial solutions, and contributing to strategic partnerships. The role requires a senior professional with a strong track record in media sales, commercial partnerships, or business development, ideally within tech or finance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the tech and finance sectors.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and media agencies.Negotiate and close advertising, sponsorship, and content partnership deals that create mutual value.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and exceptional client service. Skills & Requirements7+ years of experience in a commercial sales, business development, or partnership role within media, publishing, or a related industry, ideally focused on tech and finance.Strong network and relationships with clients and agencies in the MENA region.Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.Experience developing and selling integrated solutions across print, digital, social, and events.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate independently and collaboratively.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Arabic language skills are a plus.Flexibility to travel within the region. This is a senior role with high visibility and the opportunity to work on some of the most premium media brands in the region.
