You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth goals. Here’s what that looks like:Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring prioritiesBuild and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networkingConduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fitEnsure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signatureSupport all stages of the employee journey (onboarding, development, retention, etc.) ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every JOINerMaintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys, review cycles, comms tools), ensuring employee data is accurate, updated and organisedWho you will work withYou’ll be part of JOIN’s People Team, collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation.You’ll also work closely with the Finance, People, Operations and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for every candidate and stakeholder.RequirementsWhat we are looking forWe don’t believe in rigid checklists, but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to talk:3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSkilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreachComfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallelHigh attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solvingData-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insightsBonus: Experience hiring in multiple EU marketsBonus: Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startupsBenefitsOur Values❤️ People First – We put humans at the heart of hiring.🚀 Own It – We take initiative and solve problems independently.🛠 Work Smarter – Efficiency beats effort.💡 Be Bold – Challenge the status quo and push boundaries.At JOIN, we thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and we are looking for recruiters who do too.
