Commercial Sales Executive

At TESS Canarias we are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive with strong commercial capabilities, advanced language skills, and industry expertise to support business growth and client acquisition Candidate Requirements: Language Skills English: C1 level (spoken and written) – mandatory. Additional languages will be considered an asset. Professional Experience & Competencies  A strong commercial profile with a clear sales-oriented mindset. Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. Experience in cold outreach / cold calling and generating new business leads. Technical knowlodge on Hydraulic equipments High tolerance to stress and ability to perform in fast-paced and highly demanding environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident when engaging with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations. Advanced active listening skills, with the ability to detect and understand client needs. Solid understanding and experience in the O&G and maritime field. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
