Leveraging deep technical expertise and robust infrastructure, we cater to the dynamic needs of Indonesia’s energy landscape.Please find out more about what we do here: www.iforte-energi.id | www.ptsmn.co.idWhat You Will Do:Create detailed proposals for solar PV projects, incorporating technical specifications and financial analyses.Demonstrate a strong understanding of solar PV systems, including on-grid and off-grid systems, with a particular focus on battery solutions.Transform energy savings into IDR and calculate project revenue, costs, NPV, and IRR.Utilize tools such as Helioscope and PVsyst for system design and analysis; proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.Collaborate with the sales team, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and client expectations.Regularly meet with clients to discuss proposals, provide technical support, and gather feedback.Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively.Engage in energy product and solution development to enhance market share, focusing on products like ComAp controllers, ELUM controllers, and energy efficiency solutions.Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.What You Will Need:Have minimum 5 years in a B2B business environment related to solar energy sales or engineering. Experience with both on-grid and off-grid systems is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.Fluent in English both written & verbal.Strong understanding of solar PV technology and financial metrics.Experience with software tools such as Helioscope and PVsyst.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.What We Offer:You will be part of a fast-growing team that strives to deliver client satisfaction.Competitive benefit and exceptional career experience.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
