Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and visionary Asia Commercial Strategy Leader to spearhead the transformation and execution of commercial capabilities across the IFP Tissue business in Asia. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategies in Digital Commerce, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Shopper & Category Management, ensuring commercial teams are equipped to win in a dynamic, omnichannel environment.The International Family Care and Professional (IFP) Segment in Kimberly Clark is a multi-billion dollar business that compromises of well loved consumer brands like Kleenex, Scott, Andrex and also the iconic B2B hygiene solution provider Kimberly Clark Professional. The Asia business unit covers Greater China, India and SEA, and is both a critical driver of growth and profitability for IFP globally.You will be part of the Asia Growth Leadership Team that will help define strategic building blocks and execute our plans for growth. The role reports into the Asia Head of Growth and is based in Singapore.We are looking for someone who is able to drive clarity in complexity, comfortable with both data and ambiguity, familiar with the Asia retail landscape and possess the leadership chops needed to steer teams to win with impact in the marketplace. Join us if you are keen to work for iconic brands and am up to the leadership challenge of standing up a new organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & PlanningDevelop and lead the commercial strategy for the IFP Tissue category across Asia, aligned with global and regional business objectives.Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Develop and embed RGM frameworks including pricing, pack architecture, trade investment optimization, and promotional effectiveness.Collaborate with finance and country teams to build sustainable growth models and margin improvement plans.Lead capability building and tool deployment for RGM across the region.Shopper & Category ManagementDefine and implement shopper-centric strategies to drive category growth and brand preference at the point of sale.Partner with customer teams to develop tailored category plans and in-store execution strategies.Leverage shopper insights and data analytics to inform merchandising, assortment, and activation plans.Digital Commerce StrategyLead the development and execution of the DCommerce strategy across key Asian markets, including eRetail, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.Partner with marketing, sales, and digital teams to optimize online presence, product content, and conversion strategies.Drive performance tracking and analytics to improve digital shelf visibility and dCommerce ROI.Capability Building & GovernanceBuild and lead a high-performing commercial excellence team across Asia.Establish governance models, performance scorecards, and best practice sharing forums.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales strategy, or category management in FMCG or consumer goods.Proven success in leading DCommerce and RGM initiatives across diverse markets. Asia experience preferred.Stand-out analytical skills and experience with commercial tools and platforms.Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.Excited by ambiguity.
