Join us, and get better with every move.This position plays a critical role within the Commercial department to secure the smooth progression of all processes related to the Account Management of the Corporate Segment. The role is responsible to provide support to the members of Account Management team in several tasks such as the preparation of client proposals and reporting. The role is part of the Account Management Team which is comprised by Account Managers & Executives as well as the Head of the team.Position SummaryDistribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when neededEnsure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with company policyUpdate daily and / or weekly all CRM systems, with the respected contracts and or terms for our clientsMaintain a professional rapport with external and internal customersWork alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in compliance with company policyHave a close cooperation with Legal Department as far as terms & conditions for external clients is concernedPerform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, photocopying and sending emails, and ordering office suppliesQualifications & SkillsAcademic background: general education degree or equivalent (University Degree will be preferred)Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferably in a complex commercial environmentVery good command of English - verbal and writtenIT literate with excellent command of MS Office suiteCustomer service experienceExcellent Customer service skillsKnowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applicationsKnowledge of supporting and administrative processesEffective on rapport building to develop trust and strong relationships with clients Ability to manage data collection and filingAbility to multitaskStrong listening skillsBeing able to use empathy (Interpersonal sensitivity) Be able to divert pressure and keep calm under stressful conditionsWhy Ayvens?
