At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.SummaryDrive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in Spare Parts Offering, Ordering and Delivery.Single point of contact for the customer (mainly Greek Shipping companies) for Accelleron Spare Parts required during the execution of a service job.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinates offer, orders and invoicing of Spare Parts to customersEnsure on time receipt of forwarding instructions from the customerMonitoring real time shipment status and ensure on time deliveryEnsure the right technical specifications as per customer requirementsParticipates in the execution of orders, ensuring compliance with proceduresManage the Spare Parts order process from quotation to invoicingResponsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfactionMake sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer statusGive feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functionsEnsure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirementsYour BackgroundEducation: Engineering studies are preferred but not mandatory.Experience 2-3 years of experiences in these tasksManaging and negotiation skills: able to handle different services and tasks simultaneously.Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.Ability to interact with different customers.Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment.Experience in multinational company is desirable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.English - ProficientYour BenefitsCompany Pension ProgramLunch allowancesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Life / Medical plan insurance policyWe look forward to receiving your application.
