Join Our Team as a Commercial Team Lead Apple B2B for the UGCIS Region!Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in computer technology? We're seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to lead our UGCIS Region commercial team.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive Apple VAD B2B go-to-market strategy to drive sustainable business growth.Accelerate sales performance, profitability, and market share across the B2B channel.Own and manage the business P&L, ensuring strong financial health and operational excellence.Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic B2B partners, system integrators, and solution providers to expand market reach.Continuously evaluate and optimize existing channel partnership.Design and implement channel programs, partner enablement initiatives, and incentive structures to maximize partner engagement and productivity.Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier partners and key enterprise accounts to assess performance and align on strategic goals.Champion digital transformation initiatives and develop vertical-specific Apple-based solutionsLead and inspire a high-performing commercial team, including account managers, solution consultants, and marketing professionals.Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and technical departments to deliver integrated execution.Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and customer-centric culture Engage directly with large enterprise clients to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored Apple solutions.Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to proactively adapt business strategies.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales management, including team leadership experience.Higher education in business, marketing, or related fields.Ability to develop and implement strategies focused on achieving goals and meeting customer needs.Effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Proven leadership skills, and ability to motivate and manage a team in a dynamic environment.In-depth market analysis, ability to use data for strategic decision-making.Fluent in English.Desire to achieve and exceed set goals, high accountability for departmental results.If you're ready to make a significant impact and lead a dynamic team, apply now and be part of our exciting journey! 🌐💼We are proud of being one of the certified companies by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, as we believe that our true asset is people.
