Job Description

Commercialization Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day commercialization processes and plays a key role in maximizing the value of real estate assets, of portfolios under management, through strategic sales, and marketing activities.Key responsibilitiesDevelop strategies to commercialize real estate properties, both through auctions and open market.Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and monitor their performance.Manage relationships with potential buyers (investors, end users etc.)Identify new opportunities for commercialization through partnerships and market insights.Collaborate with Valuation, Property Management, Legal and other internal teams on daily tasks.RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in real estate sector (sales & leases). Knowledge of auctions is considered a plus.Proven track record of successfully commercializing properties, including leasing, selling, or marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders and team members.Knowledge of property marketing strategies, including digital marketing and traditional advertising.Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Please note that any personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed in accordance with our candidate employees privacy noticeAbout the GroupResolute Group is a leading real estate services provider in Greece, with a strong interest on data and analytics.
