Commercialization Manager

Commercialization Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day commercialization processes and plays a key role in maximizing the value of real estate assets, of portfolios under management, through strategic sales, and marketing activities.Key responsibilitiesDevelop strategies to commercialize real estate properties, both through auctions and open market.Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and monitor their performance.Manage relationships with potential buyers (investors, end users etc.)Identify new opportunities for commercialization through partnerships and market insights.Collaborate with Valuation, Property Management, Legal and other internal teams on daily tasks.RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in real estate sector (sales & leases).
