Organization- Grand Hyatt JakartaSummary Demonstrate passion about food and ingredients in every moment. Assist that outlet is running efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures. Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events. Follow the guidelines for plating presentations. Ensures that all the process maintains the standards of HACCO and ISO2200. Ensures only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation. Implement food safety programs and procedures. Always practice safety in handling food. Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage businessQualificationsIndonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business ManagementExperience in TeppanyakiHas minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel ChainPrevious experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantagesBasic English communication skills and strong guest service mindset
