Based in Tirana, Albania, this role supports the validation of commission-eligible opportunities by preparing and analysing sales performance reports, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The role also involves data analytics, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.What You Will DoPrepare and deliver weekly/monthly sales performance reports using Ignite and CRM systems Analyse KPIs and business metrics to support decision-making Validate opportunity documentation and ensure alignment with CRM data Escalate discrepancies and maintain accurate validation records Support audit and compliance checks Lead the development of commercial models and dashboards Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and partners Drive improvements in reporting integrity and pipeline data Act as a single point of contact for opportunity approval discussions Who You AreSkilled in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Capable of managing priorities under pressure Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SAP Educated in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Demonstrates business acumen and product knowledge Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
