Electrical Commissioning Engineer – Europe17 days on 4 days offTravel and Accommodation ProvidedWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join a leading engineering services provider, delivering high-quality, customer-focused projects across Europe. This role offers the chance to work on innovative projects in data centres, life sciences, construction, and other specialised sectors.The Role As part of the commissioning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of electrical commissioning activities. This includes inspections, testing, documentation, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client specifications are met to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update project databases to ensure accurate handover documentation.Complete system and equipment test packs using quality management software.Liaise with QA teams on system handover and tagging schedules.Assist in preparing and maintaining commissioning execution plans and procedures.Work closely with specialist vendors and suppliers during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.Support performance tests, functional switching, and energisations.Contribute to final reports, certificates, and project documentation.Provide site support across Ireland and mainland Europe as required.About YouRelevant electrical or quality qualification.Background in electrical trade (advantageous).At least one year’s experience in a similar role (desirable).Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and Microsoft Office.Experience with quality software (advantageous).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent English.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary package aligned with experience.Opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders.Ongoing training and development to support professional growth.A supportive environment that values work-life balance.Exposure to a wide range of technical expertise and projects across Europe.If you’re looking to progress your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.
