Job Description
We are looking for Commissioning Engineer Heat TracePnr: 22399Job DescriptionRole to ensure completion and commissioning requirements of all PWP process systems, meeting all client's project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.Create detailed commissioning plans for heat trace systems.Supervise the installation and commissioning of heat trace systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Coordinate Heat Trace activity regarding pipe test and Insulation.Perform quality checks on heat trace calculations, isometrics, and block diagrams.Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning process.Maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation and provide regular progress reports.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Provide training and guidance for operation and maintenance of heat trace systems.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsExecution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm System Lead ElectroVerify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&ID's in collaboration with System LeadKnowledge/knowledge of reading/understanding P&ID's and ISO's Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over ProcessPlan and facilitate for check-out/execution of static commissioningPlan and facilitate for Dynamic Commissioning activitiesParticipate in meetings for planning Commissioning activitiesAccording to good Alliance practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliersDaily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activitiesUpdates of Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead's instructionsAssist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over according to the System Lead's instructionsParticipate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews when necessaryContribute and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planningProvide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, contributing in:Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.Electrician CertificateDocumented Ex competence with valid classroom coursesApplications will be evaluated continuouslyLanguageEnglishNorwegianIn Head Energy You GetPermanent- or project employment with the best conditions.Access to the industry´s most exciting job opportunitiesPersonal follow-up, mentoring and career guidanceA large variety of project opportunitiesGood pension- and insurance schemesA pleasant and positive work environmentAccess to both specific and general courses.Video: Solutions that brings you one step aheadJob alert subscription – Register to receive e-mails regarding job opportunities.Head Energy’s application process is simple and straight forward.
