You’ll be joining a culturally diverse team that delivers mission-critical facilities shaping the future of digital infrastructure across Europe.What You’ll DoAs a Commissioning Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of the commissioning process — ensuring that the facility is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You will:Develop and implement project-specific commissioning strategies and procedures.Manage commissioning activities from design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing, and validation of MEP systems.Coordinate with client, contractors, vendors, and consultant teams to maintain clear communication and issue resolution.Chair and participate in commissioning meetings, providing progress updates and performance reports.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and integrating best practices and cost-effective solutions.Support and mentor client-appointed commissioning teams to ensure quality and consistency across all project phases.About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you have:A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience in mission-critical commissioning or facilities operations, ideally within data centres or large-scale MEP projects.Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning standards, and documentation.Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to lead multidisciplinary teams.A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships across clients and teams.What’s In It For YouCompetitive salary: €100,000 – €140,000 (depending on experience).Exposure to global technology clients and large-scale, cutting-edge projects.Structured career development and mentoring from industry leaders.A culture that values teamwork, professional growth, and wellbeing.The opportunity to make a tangible impact on projects that are defining the digital era.
