Commissioning Manager – FinlandSalary: €100,000 – €130,000We are seeking a dynamic Commissioning Manager to join a leading team delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of commissioning activities across complex projects, working with highly skilled, diverse teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.This role is open to candidates who are EU passport holders or have the right to work in Finland.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the commissioning process for critical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, and best practices, driving efficiency and quality across all project phases.Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor QA/QC standards and commissioning progress.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client-appointed commissioning teams to resolve issues proactively and maintain project momentum.Facilitate key meetings, communicate project status, and provide updates to stakeholders on commissioning scope, schedule, and performance.Oversee vendor performance to ensure delivery of excellent results.Identify interdependencies between project scopes, timelines, and budgets, mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Work independently, managing complex commissioning activities across multiple sites or programs.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.Proven experience in mission-critical commissioning or facilities operations, ideally within data centres or other critical infrastructure projects.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Expertise in equipment management, commissioning schedules, and quality assurance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.A collaborative mindset, able to build strong working relationships while driving a culture of excellence and shared purpose.This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of commissioning activities in a high-profile, fast-paced environment, with scope for career growth and development.
