This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Test & Commissioning (T&C) activities—from project planning and scheduling to execution, witnessing, and final handover.The Commissioning Project Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure all commissioning works meet design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering, a solid understanding of MEP systems, and proven leadership in data center commissioning or mission-critical environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential.This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects, contribute to technical excellence, and grow within a collaborative and expanding regional team.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage all building services and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct design peer reviews from a commissioning perspectiveOversee Test & Commissioning (T&C) strategy, planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure alignment with project milestones. Schedule and manage Test & Commissioning (T&C) tasksSupervise and coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning teams, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.Manage and track project progress, prepare status updates, and ensure timely delivery of commissioning close-out documentation and reports.Interface and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring alignment on commissioning objectives and deliverables.Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence across all commissioning phases.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSKnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred, or a related technical field from an accredited institutionStrong understanding of MEP systems design, construction, and commissioning principles, including drawings, specifications, vendor submittals, and sequences of operationsDemonstrated ability to interpret design intent and ensure its realization during executionProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareKnowledge of industry standards such as ASHRAE, NEBB, or CxA best practices is advantageFluent in English at a business level or above, capable of professional communication with international clients, partners, and colleaguesExperience8+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical engineering, project management, or commissioning roles (including at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity and 3+ years in data centre project preferred)Hands-on experience in coordinating MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout all project phasesDemonstrated capability to manage project schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables under tight timelinesCompetenciesStrong sense of responsibility, maturity, and self-motivation.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.Effective communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Personal AttributesWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to problem-solving.Passion for teamwork and contributing to organizational success.
