HaugesundProject engineerWe are seeking a dedicated Project Completion Engineer to join our commissioning team for a major project. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all commissioning activities are executed flawlessly, safely, and in line with project standards. Responsibilities Oversee and ensure commissioning activities are completed according to governing documents and project visions. Create, manage, and update commissioning procedures and documentation in PIMS. Report on progress, concerns, and any changes to the risk profile to the project lead. Supervise N2 testing, which will include working night shifts.
Follow up on resources, vendor assistance, and third-party support on site. Manage punch reporting, clearing, and verification within PIMS. Participate in coordination and work permit meetings as required. Actively contribute to a strong HSE culture and a positive work environment. Assist other disciplines during dynamic commissioning phases. Required expertise Proven experience in a project completion or commissioning role. Proficiency with Project Information Management Systems (PIMS). Experience with N2 testing procedures and supervision. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Excellent reporting and communication skills. Ability to prepare technical procedures and queries.
Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and third parties. Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
