该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary TasksNegotiates supplier objectives, basic terms & conditions / pricesDrives global MGM ratio projects in region and initiates / implements regional ratio projectsConducts market screenings, market tests and global RFQsRegional support of global planning and reporting of material group (KPI11)Supports IPO project managers and regional IPO StrategyMarket Screenings, Scouting of new suppliers, initiate / manage supplier relationInitiates, supports and monitors IPO sourcing projects in the respective LCCSupports supplier developmentSupports achievement of planned / targeted price development and quality levels for suppliers within material group Supports “fire fighting” activities of SQD and ASQ at LCC-suppliers (after SOP) Main AccountabilitiesRegional contact for material group within M+H and for suppliersRegional support of development, implementation and execution of material group strategy (lead by global MGM)Regional price and contractual agreements with suppliers in material group (local and IPO)Regional Material Purchasing; including price agreements and contractsResponsible for regional material price targets / budgetsMaterial Standardization in accordance to global MGMActive participation in global MGM-Team and IPO CouncilSupport of global ratio- and LCC projectsClose cooperation with IPO- SQD in the respective LCC projectsAchievement of defined commercial targets for sourced value and savings (incl. reporting)Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site’s safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy.Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas KPI11 / Commodity Strategy / Market Screening / IPO Purchased Vol. / IPO Sourced Value Internal & External Working Relationships MGM, Project Purchasing, IPO Organization, Site Quality, R&D Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Techno-commercial education, 5 years+ job experience, 3 years+ in similar position. Very strong communication skills in- and outside China, international mindset and willingness to travel.
