Commodity Trader

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sunflower & Soybean Meal Trader to join our agricultural commodities trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing, selling, and managing trading positions of sunflower meal and soybean meal in both domestic and international markets. This role involves developing trading strategies, building strong relationships with counterparties, and ensuring profitable growth while managing risks.Key Responsibilities • Execute trading operations for sunflower and soybean meal across targeted markets. • Analyze market trends, price developments, and supply-demand dynamics. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, brokers, and logistic partners. • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of deals. • Monitor and manage risk exposure according to company policies. • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and delivery schedules with the operations team. • Conduct market research and provide analytical reports to management. • Participate in strategy development for market expansion and profitability. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant trade regulations.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commodities trading, preferably in oilseed products. • Strong understanding of agricultural commodity markets. • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills. • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with trading platforms is an advantage. • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • Professional development opportunities • Friendly and dynamic team environment • Opportunity to grow within an international trading business
