Common Part Standardization Lead Engineer

You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation. Manage the common components strategy to standardize and share components across different vehicle platforms Parts harmonization and reducing complexity/unique components Coordinate with Module Management teams the development/implementation of common components and platforms Standardize module integration to ensure seamless integration cross car line Experienced with competitors bench marking activities Manage key product characteristics (determine torque, component traceability index, manage complete vehicle brand) Purchase and manage international standards, ISO standards for product development, ensure product qualiRequirements Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (5+ years) with solid knowledge in Common components Project Management fundamentals would be highly appreciated Leadership and expertise in managing conflicts among multi functional teams Domain of engineering fundamentals of Vehicle systems (EVs) Supplier development with strategic cooperation to support development/validation activities Skilled for Problem solving, analytical thinking and presenting result-oriented behavior Attention to detail and able to manage more than one task at a time. Assertive and presenting very good analytical skills. Discretion in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
