Guided by the values Be Open, Be Compassionate, and Be Bold, our team works to support people in changing the direction of their lives, growing as individuals, and living life to its fullest potential.An exciting opportunity has arisen within Change Grow Live to support our services in Greater Manchester for an enthusiastic, dedicated Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our successful teams.The role is vital to the promotion of the Greater Manchester services by providing clear, concise external communications on numerous different platforms alongside ensuring internal events, communications, leaflets and information are current and informative.You will be part of the wider operational teams in Greater Manchester, including adults and CYP substance misuse services, Outreach team, Criminal Justice teams and other teams within the wider services. The role will provide comms and marketing support for services based across our bases in Greater Manchester.You will also be required to provide effective internal and external communications.We will consider flexible and remote working where needed, but travel across services in both Manchester and Tameside will be expected of the successful candidate.This is a chance to make a real difference to some of the communities and vulnerable people that we work with.Where Tameside/ ManchesterFull Time Hours 37.5 per week (full time)Full TIme Salary Range £27,861.26 to £29,529.80 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time)Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.About the roleTo write creative and engaging content for a wide range of purposes.To raise the service profile, using a targeted approach.To support in the administration and development of online resources available for people who access our services.Collate Service User, Significant Other, Stakeholder and staff feedback and share with the organisation, partners/wider public to demonstrate impact.To develop and post regular content on social media platforms researching content ideas as required.What You’ll Bring to the TeamA solution focused, creative thinkerTechnological knowledge, including working knowledge of different social media channels.A creative approach to finding new and innovative digital solutions.Experience of using online applications and tools.
