After successful completion of the probation period, based on the performance of the employ and recommendation from the line manager, the position will be continue.Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWelfare Association for Development Alternative (WADA) is seeking a qualified and motivated Communication and Relationship Manager to strengthen the organization’s communication, networking, and donor relationship functions. The position requires an experienced professional with strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills to contribute to the organization’s mission and sustainability.Responsibilities:Communication with donors and stakeholders by maintaining donor relationships, securing new funding.Collaborates with the management team on communications, networking, fundraising, and advocacyMust be capable to manage donors’ requirements, keep detailed records of donor interactions and feedbackDevelop and implement a communication plan for the organization, which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects and delivery of core operations.Able to work under pressure and critical situationAny other relevant works as assigned by the authorityEducational RequirementsMaster of Social Science (MSS) in Social ScienceMaster of Arts (MA) in EnglishMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Minimum Masters in Social Science/English/MBA or other relevant subjectExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)Additional RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in NGO sectorGood writing and speaking skill in English Ability to lead a team & managementComputer skills. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques, safeguarding and gender issuesFully comply with the WADA Code of Conduct, Child protection, Gender and Safeguarding Policy.Promote inclusion and equal access for every child, paying particular attention to the most vulnerable and at-risk children and children with disabilitiesBe able and willing to respond to natural disasters or emergency situations, when needed and any other task assigned by Senior Management of WADA.Job LocationBagerhatSalaryTk. 40000 (Monthly)
