This role supports the Ingredients & Specialized Nutrition (Management) Teams in translating the business strategy and impactful business topics into coherent and comprehensive (internal and external) communication plans that drive engagement, alignment and visibility across stakeholders.Responsible for driving the execution of the plans and for consistent and professional messaging that supports the transformation agenda of both BGs. Scope is covering two BG’s with in total around 2500 employees (incl Supply Chain). Develop and implement integrated communication and internal branding/positioning strategies aligned with BG and corporate goals. Partner with senior leadership to identify communication priorities and opportunities. Project and Stakeholder ManagementLead communication projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, Legal, and IT.Content Development and Channel ManagementCreate high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, digital).Manage internal communication channels and measure effectiveness using analytics and feedback.Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all communications.External CommunicationsCollaborate with global marketing (communication) teams to ensure consistent external messaging.Support media relations, thought leadership, and executive visibility initiatives.Develop content for websites, press releases, social media, and industry events.Internal CommunicationsDesign and execute internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement, change management, and cultural alignment.Create content for internal channels (e.g. , intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership messages).Support leadership visibility through speechwriting, talking points, and presentation development.Own annual internal communications budget for both BGs and monitor actual spendStaying true to who you really are, that is your starting point at FrieslandCampina.
