As we build our dynamic team, we are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are ready to shape the future of education in the UAE.About the Role:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communication Senior Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the overall communication strategy, with the aim of enhancing awareness of the organization, building strategic internal and external relationships, and delivering creative content that reflects the organization’s goals and programs. The role includes overseeing internal and external communications, public relations, digital media, media crisis management, and the production of innovative communication materials.Tasks and Responsibilities:Develop and implement the communication strategy in alignment with the vision and objectives of the Organization.Manage internal communications and ensure efficient information sharing.Lead public relations efforts and build effective relationships with government entities, media outlets, and strategic partners.Manage media crises and develop rapid response plans.Review and update communication policies and procedures regularly.Ensure optimal use of resourcesDesign and implement media and advertising campaigns to increase awareness of the organization, its initiatives, and community programs.Manage creative content targeting internal and external audiences (visual, written, and digital content) to strengthen the corporate identity.Oversee the content of social media platforms, the website, and the internal platform, ensuring they are regularly updated with engaging and dynamic material.Monitor and analyze the organization’s media coverage, measuring media impact and digital engagement.Prepare press releases, media statements, and official speeches for events and occasions.Ensure that media messages are delivered professionally.Organize press conferences, media events, and promotional activities related to the organization’s programs.Prepare periodic reports for senior management on communication performance and future recommendations.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of communications, including at least 4 years in a proven leadership role.Advanced knowledge of communication methods and digital media.Strong ability to develop and craft strategic communication messages professionally.Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
