Communication Trainer

To support this, we’re seeking an experienced English Language & Communication Skills Instructor who can help our technical staff enhance their spoken and written communication, presentation delivery, and overall professional confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess employees’ current English and communication proficiency levels.Design customized training modules to address identified skill gaps (spoken English, written communication, business English, presentation skills, and confidence building).Conduct engaging and interactive group sessions and one-on-one coaching.Provide real-world communication practice (emails, reports, meetings, demos, and client presentations).Develop short-term and long-term learning plans aligned with company goals.Offer constructive feedback and progress reports for each participant.Integrate soft skills and cross-cultural communication elements relevant to global tech work environments.Collaborate with HR/L&D to track improvement metrics and continuously enhance the training approach.Qualifications & RequirementsMust Have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) teaching English or communication skills to professionals, ideally in a corporate or tech environment.Excellent command of English grammar, pronunciation, and business communication.Strong understanding of challenges faced by non-native English speakers in professional settings.Dynamic, engaging training style with the ability to motivate learners.Nice to Have:TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or equivalent.Experience conducting communication training for engineers, IT professionals, or technical teams.Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).Knowledge of intercultural communication and corporate etiquette.What We OfferCompetitive part-time compensation.Opportunity to design and lead a high-impact training initiative.Collaborative and tech-savvy work culture.Potential for long-term engagement or expanded role based on results.
