This is a cross-functional role that bridges People and Marketing, helping shape how we communicate with our team and external audiences. The Communications Analyst will play a key role in fostering community, engagement, and storytelling both internally and externally.ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications. Support People in crafting and distributing internal announcements, newsletters, and corporate event communications. Draft and coordinate internal messages for different departments, ensuring clear and timely communication across teams. Monitor internal communication channels (e.g., Slack, newsletters, internal platforms). Monitor and highlight feedback on Glassdoor—including visibility of ratings and crafting thoughtful responses to reviews. Provide support in maintaining content calendars and communication plans to ensure consistent and aligned messaging. Contribute creative ideas for storytelling that celebrate our people, milestones, and company culture. External Communications. Assist with managing Truelogic’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) in coordination with the Marketing team. Create, schedule, and engage with posts that reflect our brand voice and showcase our people and culture. Act as a community manager by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful engagement. Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights to enhance our content strategy. Support campaigns and events that strengthen Truelogic’s employer brand and external reputation. Qualifications And Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. 5+ years of experience in communications, content management, or community-related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and internal communication tools (LinkedIn, Slack, HubSpot, etc.). Creative and proactive, with the ability to turn information into engaging and accessible content. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for both internal and external audiences. Ability to collaborate across departments and work cross-functionally to align communication strategies.
