Independence Australia Group is looking for a dynamic Communications & Stakeholder Manager to lead our strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and impact—internally and externally.This is more than a job—it's your opportunity to help shape the public voice of a values-based social enterprise that supports people with disability, children, and families across Australia.What You'll DoStrategic Communications: Lead the development of communication strategies that protect and enhance our brand and reputation.Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and government bodies.Internal Communications: Craft compelling internal messaging to inform, align, and inspire our teams.Media & PR: Be our media liaison and spokesperson.
