This role involves supporting content creation, internal and external communication efforts, media relations, and digital engagement to strengthen NFC’s brand and customer trust.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of communication campaigns and brand initiatives.Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and other communication materials.Manage and update company social media pages and website content to ensure consistent brand messaging.Assist in organizing media events, product launches, and community outreach programs.Monitor media coverage and prepare periodic communication reports.Coordinate internal communication activities to enhance employee engagement.Support crisis communication efforts and maintain brand reputation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the financial services sector.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).Basic knowledge of branding and public relations principles.High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.What We OfferOpportunity to grow in a dynamic financial institution.Exposure to impactful communication and brand management projects.Supportive work environment that values innovation and integrity.
