At Bigello, the focus is on creating scalable systems for digital success, embodying the mission “Everything Internet.”Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Communications Designer based in Lahore.The ideal candidate will have a strong advertising and marketing background, capable of creating high-impact ad creatives, social media content, and campaign materials that align with brand voice and marketing objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our content writers, digital marketing experts, SEO specialists, and web development team to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused campaigns.This role requires someone who understands the customer journey and sales funnel, and can create a series of designs and marketing assets tailored to each stage—from awareness to conversion. Exposure to UX/UI design is a plus.ResponsibilitiesDesign compelling ad creatives, visuals, and social media posts that drive engagement and conversions.Translate brand strategy, tone, and messaging into cohesive visual communication.Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals.Develop visual concepts and assets for full-funnel campaigns.Use AI tools to enhance productivity, design quality, and creative experimentation.Support marketing efforts through visual storytelling, animation, and short-form video editing.Stay current with design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools.QualificationsProven experience in advertising, social media marketing, and visual communication.Strong grasp of marketing principles including brand voice, tone, and buyer journey.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.Experience with AI-based design tools and a willingness to experiment with new creative technologies.Exposure to video editing and animation is a plus.Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.Degree in Communication Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related field.Prior experience in a digital or creative agency environment preferred.
