Communications ExecutiveLocation: London (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Salary: £28,000 – £34,000About the RoleAre you passionate about creating high-quality content? Do you have experience in corporate content creation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Executive to join our team.This is a pivotal role in producing and delivering compelling content — including videos, articles, social posts and infographics — that demonstrates how our organisation is delivering its mission to transform people and their communities. You will be creative and detail-oriented, working across multiple channels including our websites and social accounts to produce engaging, high-quality content.Key Responsibilities• Produce written and visual content for digital platforms, including corporate websites and social media channels• Create multimedia assets — video, imagery, presentations and infographics — that help tell our company story and support our brand• Act as an in-house journalist, collaborating with internal teams including the Senior Leadership Team to gather stories and insights from across the company• Work with external agencies to produce high-quality printed and digital content, including our annual corporate impact report, web pages and digital campaigns• Support external press campaigns, including drafting press releases, pitching to media, tracking coverage and maintaining press databases• Ensure all written and visual content aligns with our corporate brand and messaging guidelines, including supporting teams to create branded assets• Monitor content performance and provide evidence-based suggestions for optimisation• Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors, to source and develop high-quality content Skills & Requirements• Excellent copywriting, proofing and editing skills• Excellent design skills, including use of Adobe Creative Cloud• Excellent social channel management and content creation skills• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities• Journalistic skills and a passion for finding stories• Confident communication skills at all levels• Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools• Experience with CMS platforms and basic video editing tools (desirable) Qualifications & Experience• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate communications team
