Communications & Campaign Lead (Project All Rise)About Project All RiseProject All Rise is a purpose-led social enterprise on a mission to show how to empower different ways of thinking and learning – and to then make these approaches culturally familiar.In collaboration with thought leaders and change-making organisations worldwide, we’re turning evidence and lived experience into film-based content and campaigns to shift culture around neurodiversity.We’re preparing for our public launch in early 2026, and we’re looking for a dynamic Communications & Campaign Lead to own and grow its voice online.The RoleThis is a foundational role for Project All Rise and will shape how the movement shows up in the world.You’ll develop and lead our communications strategy, bringing the Project All Rise personality to life across social media, partnerships, and cultural moments. You’ll show initiative in planning and delivering campaign beats, manage content creation and community-building, and use platform strategy and cultural insight to grow a movement that feels powerful, authentic, and inclusive.You’ll bring a lived or deeply informed understanding of neurodiversity and inclusion, ensuring the voice of Project All Rise remains authentic and affirming in every space it shows up. You’ll work closely with the founder on overall strategy, narrative direction, partnerships, and audience growth, driving momentum from launch and beyond.Initially this will be both strategic and hands-on, blending creativity, planning, and delivery, evolving into a leadership role overseeing future content creators or interns. This is a start-up environment, so you’ll help shape how our communications systems and culture take form.Key Responsibilities1. Communications Strategy & Campaign Leadership• Develop and implement a clear strategy for how Project All Rise shows up across social channels and campaign moments to build the movement across 2026 and beyond.• Translate our campaign chapters into social and cultural storytelling that reaches the different Project All Rise audiences (across educators, parents, workplaces, young people, and allies).• Design and lead the campaign calendar, messaging frameworks, and content pillars, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.• Design and lead a social content calendar to drive authentic community engagement and meet agreed goals.• Collaborate with the founder to align messaging with partnerships, events, and key launches.2. Content & Creative Direction• Lead creative development across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.• Identify trends, hashtags, and cultural moments that we should be part of.• Oversee creation and repurposing of content into short-form video, reels, and graphics, providing creative direction.• Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all communications.3. Community & Movement Growth• Grow Project All Rise’s online community, developing relationships with champions, influencers, and partner organisations.• Devise creative approaches for collaborations and cultural engagement.• Work closely with the founder to nurture partnerships that expand reach and deepen engagement.• Oversee community management (comments, DMs, emails) to ensure the Project All Rise voice remains warm, inclusive, and on-message.4. Campaign Activation & Partnerships• Plan and lead online activation of partnership and sponsorship campaigns, ensuring strong communication across our stakeholder group.• Contribute creative ideas for partnerships in line with community growth objectives, and progressively lead on securing these autonomously.• Support key events and filming days, ensuring aligned coverage across social and earned media.• Work with external suppliers (designers, editors, filmmakers) as needed to deliver campaign assets.• Keep Project All Rise partners and sponsors engaged through clear updates, regular reporting, and creative activation ideas.5. Measurement & Insight• Track and analyse engagement, reach, and impact across channels.• Report insights to inform future campaigns and content strategies.• Bring evaluation metrics from Project All Rise course content into its wider impact story.6.
