Working with the Head of Communications on a day-to-day basis implementing the company’s communications strategy and executive positioning. Managing social media platforms, content calendars, engagement opportunities, and campaign execution. posting, and managing interactions. Assist in content creation for internal and external communications. Deliver key communication activities and events.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Manager/Specialist to develop and implement the company’s communications strategy and executive positioning. The role will be responsible for managing social media platforms, content calendars, engagement opportunities, and thought-leadership campaigns. As part of a small team working in a fast-paced environment, the position will provide opportunities across a broad portfolio and across communications disciplines.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement communications strategies aligned with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and global trendsManage social media channels, audience engagement, validator outreach – and associated measurement, reporting, and analysis.Conduct research and monitoring of key trends and comparative sets to identify white-space opportunities.Create engaging content across platforms – including infographics, social media posts, event concepts, talking points, press releases, and articles.Collaborate with the communications team, wider colleagues, and external agencies to produce communications collateral - from corporate videos to photography, design templates, newsletters, and reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders – and manage event participation and media engagements.Qualifications & experience:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or marketing, including at least 3 years in the Middle East region.Strong background in multimedia content creation, social media management, and event and media engagement. · Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.Experience with creative design, video, and photography tools (eg Adobe Creative Suite).Knowledge of multi-channel campaign tactics (eg validator engagement, geotargeting, launch activations).Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
