€120,000 + 20% Bonus EMEA Recruitment is working with an international FMCG business as it enters an exciting evolution period to hire a Communications Business Partner.In this key role, you'll be the communication strategic counsel for the business, advising on the right approach to improve employee engagement and embed culture.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys dealing with many different asks in both strategic and operational areas. Key Responsibilities of the Communications Business Partner:Define a communications approach to navigate, engage, and motivateArticulate and drive understanding of the business strategy with employeesEstablish a unified voice and consistent messaging for the business CEO and leadership teamDemonstrate the effectiveness of the communications strategy through robust measurement against KPIs to inform continuous improvement Build/evolve internal and external communications channels and create content strategiesPrepare external materials and coordinate & facilitate internal events Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation communications or engagements Own and execute the communication strategy for the functionExperience required:10+ years communications expertStrategic communications planning and executionAbility to frame a vision and implement the strategyExperience working in a fast-paced and global companyInternal channel optimization and content developmentSocial media management and activationMedia relations experienceSenior leaders' stakeholder engagementStrong business acumen and experience of operating within a leadership team outside core area of expertiseEMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
