Kosas is sold in over 200 retailers and is consistently a top-ranked Sephora brand.We are recruiting for a Communications Manager for Europe, where you will play a critical role being responsible for managing the EU PR & Influence & Social Calendar, Events Management, Partnership Calendar, Reporting and Budget Management.As the Communication Manager for Europe you will work closely with the global creative teams & Sephora Europe and local PR agencies to support communication in Europe for Kosas.Key responsibilities:Build and execute a strong PR strategy for the three key marketsDevelop and execute best-in-class events to maximise reach and Earned Media ValueCreate impactful paid influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach to new customersDay-to-day management of the agenciesBuild and nurture strong relationships with SephoraPR and Social teamsEnsure Kosas is involved in all press and influencer opportunities for the 16 countries in EuropeDrive strategy and execution of Influencer Marketing & Artistry Relations to reach overall brand awareness and business goals within budgetResearching new influencers to onboard using knowledge, manual research, discoverEnsuring onboarded influencers are retained across the year via regular communications (product replenishment & relationship building, one to one lunch etc)Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer and community trends and toolsMeasure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoingDrive earned media strategy across a mix of target channels and categories includingEssential experience:Native Level French and English speaker + Spanish or Italian is a plus (not compulsory)Strong French beauty press contactsStrong and varied network of beauty and non-beauty influencers in FrancePrevious experience and knowledge working with France, Spain and ItalyPrevious experience and passion working in luxury beauty and skincarePrevious experience working for SephoraPassion for beauty, storytelling, and connecting with peopleCareer Development Potential:Kosas is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discriminationand harassment of any type with regards to race, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.Please note: This job description does not list all duties of the job.
