Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution Implement a yearly PR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Integrated Marketing Communications: Ensure PR activities are integrated with other marketing initiatives for maximum impact. Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate potential reputational damage. Media Relations and Management Media Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media personnel to foster positive brand coverage. Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and analyze brand sentiment to identify opportunities and threats. Media Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. Brand Management and Reputation Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation & Increase brand awareness through targeted PR campaigns. Event Coordination Organize and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to promote our products and services and engage with our target audience Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and credibility. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Requirements:Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably from Marketing & Communication major Skillful in Microsoft office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Minimum 3 - 4 year(s) of experience in Public Relations/ Corporate Communications/ Internal Communications role previously Excellent in communication skills Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia Outgoing and friendly personality Possess writing and copy writing skills Creative and enthusiastic Ability to multitask and fast learner Willing and flexible to travel Location base: Jakarta
