This exciting role, within the Executive Services team, supports the development and delivery of communications that highlight Murrumbidgee Local Health District as an employee of choice and a vibrant organisation which delivers safe person led healthcare for the people of Murrumbidgee.As The Communications Officer You Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality digital communications across the organisation.Planning, scheduling and creating engaging content across multiple channels and platforms to reach internal and external audiences.Responding to media enquiries and organising and managing local media opportunities.Researching, monitoring and reporting on communications activities to optimise. content and increase audience engagement.Supporting the Manager Executive Services – Communications in the strategic and day-to-day management of communications.To find out more, please review the Position Description.About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate:Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or an equivalent experience in a related field.Adept communication skills, including creating written and visual content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
