Join our Communications and Media department.Full-time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus.HEW5 Level + 17% super and staff benefits.About The RoleThe Communications Adviser contributes to the university’s objectives by developing engaging, purposeful content and communications for staff, students, and external audiences. Reporting to the Deputy Director of University Communications, the Adviser collaborates closely with Communication Managers, colleagues, and stakeholders to support the university through the creation and delivery of content across key communications channels.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the key accountabilities below: Proven experience leveraging multiple communications channels to achieve strategic objectives. Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills, producing on-brand content for diverse audiences and platforms. Ability to deliver high-quality communications materials under tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and act on emerging communications opportunities. Effective team player, collaborating productively with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships.
