OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Communications& Project Planning. This position will be located in Qatar and will be an onsite position. ResponsibilitiesProvide communications and project planning. The contractor shall:
Administer, manage and perform planning and implementation activities;Provide continuity for deployed United States Air Force (USAF) personnel on all projects and serve as the focal point for all communication systems planning;Convene and lead planning meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences;Coordinate with SMEs, local command, and external agencies to develop and brief project plans;Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other allied support;Ensure communications systems architecture, configuration, and integration conformity by coordinating engineering data through the base Communications Systems Integrator (CSI);Manage implementation of communication systems projects;Consolidate monthly reports of all communication projects;Coordinate and process deployed base and command-level requirements;Track requirements throughout the life cycle to include gathering, collecting, and archiving requirements;Input requirement into the Government-provided database.

Posted Pay RangeThe posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Posted Salary Range: USD $81,850. 00 - USD $85,704. 00 /Yr.
