It’s about creating meaningful conversations across every level of the business — from the production floor to leadership teams — and helping people see how their work drives our success.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the driving force behind clear, engaging communication that brings our people together.Your work will include:Partnering with business leaders to translate key business goals into messages that engage and inspire every employee.Developing a site-wide communications plan, aligned with business priorities and global campaigns.Producing high-quality, creative content — from video stories and newsletters to town halls and interactive campaigns.Bringing people together through on-site events, town halls, and engagement initiatives.Helping our People Leaders communicate effectively and confidently with their teams.Encouraging two-way communication — listening as much as we tell — through surveys, feedback loops, and open forums.Continuously seeking new ways to connect with a diverse workforce, especially within manufacturing, where great communication can make the biggest impact.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll be someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting with people, and knows how to make complex information simple and engaging.Proven experience in internal communications within a large, fast-paced organisation.Skilled at working with a range of stakeholders, from factory operators to senior leaders.A confident communicator who knows how to adapt tone, style and medium for different audiences.Excellent planning and organisational skills – able to turn ideas into action.Creative flair – you know how to grab attention and make messages stick.A strong understanding of how communication can build culture, engagement, and performance.Ideally, IoIC qualified or holding a relevant degree.What You’ll BringA genuine passion for people and storytelling.The ability to collaborate, influence and lead without authority.A hands-on approach – ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.A curiosity for how things work — especially in a manufacturing environment, where great communication helps teams stay safe, efficient, and connected.Why You’ll Love It HereThis is a chance to make a tangible difference — to help shape how hundreds of people experience their working life every day.You’ll work with passionate, down-to-earth teams who care deeply about what they do and how they do it.If you’re ready to make communication matter — not just heard, but felt — we’d love to hear from you.Interested?
