Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.What you’ll do:As our Communication Specialist, you’ll shape and amplify Marshall Group’s external voice to strengthen our thought leadership position and expand our global reach. You’ll craft initiatives that showcase our expertise in built-to-last design, acoustics, and music culture, while driving media relations and LinkedIn strategies to enhance visibility.You’ll play a pivotal role in leadership profiling, reputation management, corporate storytelling, and investor and crisis communication, ensuring a consistent, authentic, and impactful brand narrative across all channels. A key focus will be positioning Marshall as a cultural icon: building strong journalist relationships, securing high-quality coverage, and driving recognition through awards, speaking engagements, and other visibility opportunities.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, implement, and evaluate external communications initiatives across key channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 media, industry press, and key opinion leaders to secure impactful, high-quality coverage.Oversee and manage group website content and LinkedIn presence, driving thought leadership, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement.Identify and pursue PR opportunities, including awards, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships, to enhance Marshall’s reputation and influence.Support crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective responses that protect and reinforce brand reputation.Help prepare reports, press releases, and announcements relating to company news such as financial performance, key appointments, milestones, sustainability and brand initiatives.Monitor the effectiveness of external communication activities, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve results.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on joint initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting of communication activities.Who we’re looking for:Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills (press releases, reports, speeches, social media)Strong media relations and networking with tier-1 journalists and industry pressStrategic thinking with ability to align communication initiatives to business goalsDigital and social media expertiseStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsData-driven approach: ability to analyse results, and refine strategiesConfident communicator, able to handle executive-level communicationCollaboration and cross-functional coordination skillsYou probably have the following experiences & skills:3+ years of proven experience in communications, PR, media relations, or related functionsTrack record of managing press relations, executive profiling, and thought leadership initiativesExperience handling crisis communications and high-stakes reputation managementBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fieldOur pledge:We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
