Communications Specialist :On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Communications Specialist - Senior for a 2-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Communications Specialist - Job Description:This role involves supporting the Treasury & Payment Solutions line of business by coordinating and executing communication efforts. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for drafting internal updates, building weekly news digests, and compiling content for newsletters and enterprise channels.Communications Specialist - Responsibilities:• Draft straightforward internal updates using established templates.• Build weekly news digests ensuring formatting, accuracy, and clarity.• Compile content for partner team newsletters and enterprise channels.• Complete annual or cyclical updates to recurring assets.• Perform light editing and proofreading.• Ensure compliance with brand voice, tone, and formatting guidelines.Communications Specialist - Mandatory Skills:• Strong writing skills with adherence to tone/voice guidelines.• Detail-oriented with excellent formatting discipline.• Comfortable working with templates and shared drives.• Ability to manage multiple small tasks with consistent execution.• Reliable and responsive with an execution-focused working style.Communications Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience in Business to Business writing.• Knowledge of Financial Services.Communications Specialist – Assignment Length:This is a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.Communications Specialist - Start Date:ASAP.Communications Specialist - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite per week.
