Location: Montour & Columbia County, PAStatus: Full-Time | Flexible SchedulePosition Summary: The Communications Specialist is the warm, welcoming face of two of our skilled nursing centers. This role ensures a smooth, compassionate admission experience for residents and their families—blending hospitality, organization, and heart. Personally greet and assist residents and families at both facilitiesEnsure rooms are prepared and welcoming before each admissionProvide daily check-ins and support to ensure we exceed residents expectationsFacilitate tours and assist with admission paperwork and onboardingCoordinate with interdisciplinary teams across both locationsPromptly respond to family and resident needs and concernsGather feedback and contribute to continuous improvementSupport discharges and transitions as neededAssist with facility community eventsQualifications:
