Job SummaryPosition Title: Creative Marketing CoordinatorProgram: Admin/DevelopmentClassification: Exempt/Full-TimeThe Creative Marketing Coordinator supports the organization’s strategic marketing,communications, and development goals through the creation, coordination, and execution of visuallycompelling and brand-aligned campaigns and content across digital and print channels. This role isresponsible for strengthening the organization’s visibility, storytelling, and engagement with supportersacross the community and leads brand stewardship for the organization. Duties/ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Content Creation Develop and execute mission-driven marketing campaigns. Lead storytelling efforts by gathering and creating visual and written content that highlights impact, programs, and community voices.
Capture and edit photos and videos for use in marketing materials. Design & Creative Production Design flyers, one-pagers, digital graphics, social media assets, event collateral, and donor materials. Coordinate with freelance designers or creative vendors for larger projects as directed by CDO. Digital & Social Media Create and schedule regular content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with organizational values and campaigns. Monitor social engagement and help grow audiences by incorporating storytelling, advocacy, and program highlights. Manage and update organization’s website with new content, event pages, alerts, and program information. Create and distribute external and internal e-newsletters.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content for donor updates, event follow-ups, and impact stories. Event & Program Support Provide creative design assets for events, including invitations, advertisements, signage, slide decks, recap materials, etc. Attend events to support live content capture. Coordinate community outreach efforts and represent CAP in the community at events as needed. Brand Stewardship Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Review materials for visual and message alignment with the organization’s mission, tone, and voice. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements BA/BS in a related field required.
5+ years experience in strategic marketing required.
