Part of a self-managed team, he/she is responsible for creating an environment that enhances residents’ quality of lifeProvide basic care and services to residents in basic activities of daily living, including assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, diaper changing and showeringMonitor health status and vital signsPerform tube feeding / Nasogastric tube (NGT) feeding for residentsPerform basic wound careAssist to serve pre-packed medication and or apply prescribed topical medicationPerform and monitor individualised therapy interventionAny other duties assigned by supervisorJob RequirementsCertificate/training in Healthcare support & ITE Home Care programPreferably possess experience in household management and/or eldercareAble to perform 2 or 3 rotating shifts hours and work on weekends/public holidaysAble to work well in team environmentComputer literate and proficient in MS office
