The Community & Communication Executive will be responsible for:Managing user engagement and communication across a mobile app, WhatsApp, and email.Monitoring messages, respond to user inquiries using FAQs/SOPs, and escalate complex cases when needed.Ensuring all replies are linguistically and grammatically correct, on-brand, and aligned with the project’s tone.Using AI tools like ChatGPT to personalize and refine messages.Maintaining a friendly, consistent, and professional communication style that reflects the project persona.QualificationsBilingual communicator (Arabic + English) with strong written and verbal communications, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage conversations empathetically and professionally.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in SharjahBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skills
