We're Hiring! Position: Community Development Executive (CDE) & Programme Coordinator📍 Kedah, Perlis & Kelantan🗓 Start: January 2026💼 Contract: 1 year (renewable)💰 Salary: Up to RM3,000/monthWomen of Will (WOW) is an NGO that empowers disadvantaged women in Malaysia through entrepreneurship, training and community development. We work closely with B40 women, community leaders and partners to build sustainable livelihoods and stronger communities.What You’ll Do:Coordinate programmes and trainings, work directly with stakeholders, monitor beneficiaries’ progress and support fieldwork, logistics and ensure smooth project execution.
