Job Title: Community Excellence & Change ManagementDescriptionWe are looking for a Consultant to lead and drive the Community Excellence Team within an international and evolving organization. The role focuses on developing people, driving change management initiatives, and enhancing collaboration and communication across business units and functions.Responsibilities1. Lead, drive, and develop the Community Excellence TeamManage the team, fostering a safe and collaborative environment where all members can grow and share expertise.Provide strategic leadership in the areas of:Change ManagementEmployee DevelopmentTraining in Processes & SystemsCommunication & EngagementOnboardingDefine and implement best practices and standards to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.Promote continuous improvement by defining and executing an improvement plan, ensuring process standardization.2. Build bridges within and outside the organizationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with management teams to ensure strategic alignment and performance monitoring.Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving stakeholder alignment, communication, and engagement.Collaborate closely with People & Organisation and other support functions.Maintain an external network to benchmark best practices and promote innovation.3. Provide leadership and strategic directionAct as a key member of the Excellence Management Team, contributing to global strategy and reporting to the Director of Global Excellence.Ensure collaboration between the Excellence Team and other business units.Support the implementation of agreed strategies and transformation initiatives.Profile RequirementsTechnical:Master’s degree (Economics, Sciences, or equivalent experience).Minimum 10 years of experience in People Excellence (development, training, change management, communication).Proven experience in change management and digital transformation projects.Experience in procurement, warehousing, transportation, or trade compliance is a strong asset.Solid understanding of business and process needs.Experience working in large, diverse multinational environments.Non-Technical:Strong leadership and people management skills.Strategic thinker with analytical and conceptual abilities.Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal impact.High ethical standards and integrity.Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.LanguagesFluent in English and Dutch.LocationHoboken (on-site presence minimum 3 days per week).ContractInitial 6-month contract, with possibility of extension.
